  • Amazing and mysterious place with small tracks running everywhere in the grass, and a floating swan ride for your picture with Grandma. I used to dream about this place as a boy, so apparently it made a big impression. My Nephew loved the water slide and ran right back up about 8 or 10 times with his friend. On a slow weekday kids can't get enough. And pity the poor island access, but isn't an old-school ferry ride just so much fun? A park for kids, in the city, better than Canada's Wonderland unless they are tall enough for the big rides. Seriously! Save your time and money and come here, because at CW you're just going to be standing there all day anyway watching the midget coaster, the midget bumper cars, etc. And it's not one-tenth as charming as this place with its cooling tree shade and fresh lake air. You can also be home or eating dinner downtown in about an hour.
