Horrible...had an appointment on Monday, May 14 at 8:30, showed up and they closed their office for the day because they were moving. I called the main LabCorp number to complain and all she said was I am sorry, I don't have any notes on file for the close and our system does not notify when "Emergencies" happen. Rescheduled appointment for Wednesday, May 16 at 7:45 and the room is packed and it is 8:15 and we still haven't been called back. I am confused how I can make an online appointment, Labcorp has all my contact information yet they do not notify their customers when they can't keep their appointments. Wish there was protection for customers, maybe I will bill the $50 for lost wages for me and my son....
