  • Where is Dr. Andrea Dempsey? When I started going to this office I was grateful to find any Doctor that specialized in thyroid disorders. They got me in quickly, but this was to see Tamika. I saw Tamika for 4 years. I met the actual Doctor Dempsey just once, and in passing. Everyone that works at this office is very nice. But where is Andrea Dempsey? Two years ago I started going into the office repeatedly to address extreme hair loss. I got various answers like ... it's your age, or ... it's your thyroid. Um duh? I wanted to know how to make it STOP! Only by reading a random website last month did I learn about a common test for ferritin iron. It's not the same as the regular iron test, which by most accounts will come back within normal range. Without testing I ordered this supplement and within 5 days my hair quit falling out. Apparently, there are 2 types of iron. Iron ferritin is the number one cause of hair loss. So, this office charged me $1600 every six months for blood work with the main culprit being hair loss and didn't bother to address my ferritin levels? YOUR'RE FIRED!
