  • Yes, they have water which seems to dispense 2/3 of a gallon for the price of a full gallon .25ยข at the outside self serve station. The ice cream is pretty good it's Thrifty :). The place does not feel to clean and most times it is very hard or takes a long time to get service. All in all its a 2/5 stars. Maybe if the gallon fills would fill a full container it would be 4/5 stars. Not sure but it's about the water so it says in the name. The shave ice looks great but at $5 a pop that seems like it better come with a lot more than a simple brain freeze side affect. Not bad and not great :|
