  • Poor customer service. We are booked to stay 10 nights here but didn't leave baggage in our room, they checked us out without even calling us beforehand and when I called they tried to tell me that my husband or I came down and told them we were checking out. Impossible since we have left north Phx in 3 days, they we're very rude while handling the situation and would not let me do anything on the phone because it was my husbands name on the reservation, as if it wasn't inconvenient enough I had to have him call and confirm we are indeed staying the 10 nights and they proceed to tell us they're changing the rate; I couldn't believe it when my husband told me we'd be paying more when we never even changed our reservation. Embarrassment for Hyatt, and the customer service was abominable. Do Not Recommend at all, don't waste your money or your breath.
