  • I wish I would've looked at Yelp before our home warranty company sent Blue Diamond. We had just bought our home and the pool filter quit. We were actually happy we were getting a new pool filter. Blue Diamond handled it but less than one year later the new sand filter they had installed split down the side. It was under warranty with Hayward. Hayward replaced it but said that the new filter that had been installed was not powerful enough for the pool pump and that the new one will not last either unless we change the impeller on our pump to make it less powerful. I tried to get Blue Diamond out to fix it with no luck. He kept promising he would be there and never showed up. Unfortunately I did nothing for 10 months and now the filter is leaking again and flooding our pool area. I called another pool company and they encouraged me to try again with Blue Diamond which I did to no avail. Again he kept promising he would be there and then said 'the impeller would be in Monday', and again no response from Blue Diamond.
