  • This place is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only nice thing about this complex is the pool area, even though they will kick you out if you have more than 2 friends with you, EVEN IF THERE IS NO ONE ELSE AT THE POOL AND YOURE NOT BEING LOUD. Make sure you don't live by the entrance gate because it is super loud and lots of traffic. Half the time it is broken. They don't do anything about loud neighbors. Dog crap everywhere. They try to fine you $100 for everything. Front office is rude and will make you stand there forever and wait, even if it's for the simplest thing. Staff turnover is very high! They will also try to charge you for the dumbest stuff when you move out, even if it was already damaged when you moved in. SAVE THE HASSLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Lots of other nice complexes in North Las Vegas!!
