  • My family and I went to the beach on a much needed vacation and inadvertently brought home who knows how many sand bugs. After realizing that most of them were in my poor child's carseat, I gutted the car of everything in it and took my car to Autobell to get it cleaned. I have an after market roof rack, so I knew I couldn't go through the machine and I discovered that they do not offer a hand wash service. I then figured I would just do an interior clean. The girl at the window was very nice and new and said she would ask the manager. After a very short wait, she came back (not the manager) and said I would have to pay full price for an interior clean. I work in the service industry, and I know darn well that discounts and coupons are very easy to process. Such a shame. I was considering buying one of their pricey unlimited packages for the Mini Cooper I just bought, but I have decided that they will never receive my money again. All that for simply refusing to take a few dollars off a ticket.
