Purchased a 400.00 HP office jet printer. Had a problem with software that would not load. HP tried for three hours to rectify the issue. They were not successful. HP offered to refund me the price of the printer and then send it back. They indicated that it would take up to a week to get a new printer and indicated that the store might help. The printer was three weeks old! When the store was contacted they flat refused to help in any way and the manager repeated himself several times to make his point. I will not ever purchase anything from staples again! I even asked if the extra ink that was purchased could be refunded and I was met with the same reaction. My whole office and furniture and computers were purchased from this specific store!
