Soul is an excellent studio in the SE. I have been practicing there since the start of this year, and have completed two 30-day challenges. They offer a range of classes, both hot and warm. Everything from yin and restorative to power vinyasa flow. If you're new to yoga, they have a Warm Explore class several times a week - which is even nice on days when you want to go to yoga but nothing strenuous. Their teachers are wonderful - very supportive and friendly.
Overall the studio has a very home-y feel - friendly staff and yogis, a range of skills, but very few egos here. I can't say enough good things about Soul, and am so happy I found them. I was hating going to yoga just based on the negative vibe I felt at another studio, and coming to Soul has helped me to develop a real love and appreciation for my practice.
