  • I will not attend a party here again, if I can help it. My girlfriend got a table in the library for my surprise birthday party. It took FOUR HOURS for the elevator "host" to allow the rest of my party in that did not walk in with us. Needless to say, a few people left after waiting for so long. We had to finally get a manager to contact someone at the elevators to walk in the people who stayed there because they had come from all over the world for this surprise party. Although they were apologetic the night was virtually over as they were closing the library. We were then moved into a booth in a different room. The host that walked us to the new location failed to remove people that had decided to take over the booth and my girlfriend almost got into a fist fight. Security finally came over to remove the drunk girls and clean the booth of the mess they made. After all the months of coordinating and planning and this is what we got with bottle service? Additionally, it is very difficult to get out of there is you are a lady in heels.
