Hate to say it, love cold stone, but the person who mixed my ice cream here (Strawberry Banana Rendezvous) BOTH didn't know how to use the 'cold stone' AND put as little effort as possible into mixing in the 'mix-ins.'
The banana and strawberries were given to me whole, barely covered with a thin layer of melting ice cream. As this employee started to mix the ice cream, I remember thinking "OK, now you mash it all up into small pieces so that each bite is-- oh, nope, just going straight into the cup all dripping and un-mixed, are we?"
The flavors are fine, but I doubt this human would pass the test at Cold Stone Academy, if you know what I mean. F for effort.
