  • My water heater wasn't working. They sent Tom to fix it. At first I thought it's a small problem, but it turned out to be something major (it was a very old heater, leaking water, broken pipe and all that) and they had to get a new water heater. Tom worked the whole afternoon to make sure the new heater fits to my old/small space. He was so polite, patient, and hard working. AND he cleaned everything up after the work (including my apartment and my yard), didn't leave a single mess. I really appreciate his work and effort. Thank you Tom!
