  • Crummy Complex, Lovely Location This so called "luxury" complex is a joke. I rented from a private owner and was very disappointed. I initially signed a 1 year lease but when I had my third roach encounter, I quickly demanded to be knocked down to a 6 month lease. I don't know if the complex doesn't spray their complex or I live around filthy tenants...bottom line...I'm outta here. Its such a shame to because the location of the complex is so convenient and close to everything you need: shopping, grocery store, banks and parks. However, the complex itself is old and needs a new paint job, dont let the gated community fool you (it's a joke), the walls are thin, the AC blows cold and strong but LOUD and the tenants don't pick up after their pets. The whole complex smells of cat urine and dog crap. You'll be sorry if you rent here.
