  • My visit here last night was not so great. I came here for some quick dinner. No one came up to me as I waited in the front to be seated. Instead, a teenage employee in the back waited for me to look at him and pointed to a booth where I could sit. A lot of the workers there looked young and they were not attentive at all. The pho tasted good, but it smelled horrible. It smelled just like a pet store! It was hard for me to eat it because of the stench and I'm surprised that I never got sick from it last night or this morning. Also, they gave me my pho without chopsticks or a spoon. I tried looking for a waiter so I could ask for one, but again, they are all inattentive. I had to get up from my seat and ask for one since all of the employees were talking amongst themselves in a corner of the restaurant. I honestly did not give a tip because it felt like I was rushed out of there (it was not busy at all) and I was not paid attention to while the waiters constantly checked up on the other customers. You're better off at Lemongrass Cafe where their staff is actually nice and their pho is amazing and cheap.
