  • We came here initially because my partner had recognised Kevin from the Japanese car service and they had had no availability over a few days so we tried out Panda. I've personally lived in two different countries and been to a variety of mechanics and Panda is by far THE BEST! It obviously depends on what you need doing to your car, but we have had no problem with them fitting us in same day or within a couple of days, which is extremely reassuring when it comes to an issue like the engine cutting out. They explain everything with clarity and are very genuine with their service to the point where you know you're getting the best attention to your car at the best price. If you need anything quite costly doing, they explain exactly what's going on with it and bring you the part so you can see for yourself. I have felt no pressure whatsoever to spend more than necessary on something I don't feel totally sure needs renewing. The waiting area is also very accommodating with TV, sofa, water machine and snacks. SO impressed. We'll be back.
