  • I've been waiting for more than 2 and a half hours to get a simple blood draw. Other people who came in before me have already left. Everytime I ask if I'll be called back I'm told "it should be soon". The problem lies with the 2 idiots behind the reception counter who then told me I signed in on the wrong sheet, the same sheet they told me to SIGN IN ON! The last time I was here I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
