  • This review centers only on "Service" rather than "Workmanship". This past winter I noticed a leak coming through the ceiling in my dining room which was coming from my Master Bath shower. After removing MB floor tile it was obvious that I had a leak and needed to do repairs. I contacted several companies (Contractors as well as Mold Mitigators) and Vogl was one of them. A quote was provided to me and after consideration I decided I'd like them to do the work which now included fixing leak, replace some subflooring, rebuild shower stall and tile the shower and bathroom floor. My insurance company sent a check to Vogl in January made out to 3 parties. Anyway, in an effort to reduce the total cost of the project I marked-up the quote to reflect some items that I would like to DIY, namely - painting, molding, demolition. After a few calls and many emails I asked for a revised quote and to settle on a start date. It is now mid-June and my phone calls were not returned, a Jeff wanted to revisit the bath and re-quote however he was a no-show. I was/am confident in their ability to do High Quality work but I'm very disappointed in their "Customer Service". I know this project isn't the largest, but seeing other reviews about jobs that seem "smaller" has me confused as to why we weren't able to get this project started.
