  • I have had the worst experience flying through Charlotte with US airways. On the way to Vegas, destination for vacation, they let us out in the middle of the runway and then we only had a 20 minute layover so had to run to opposite side of airport. On the return our flight was delayed 30 minutes and our connecting flight home was supposed to leave at 10:09 we arrived in Charlotte at 10:00 and then had to run across entire airport. This lady refused to help us and give us a ride because she said and I quote "welp you already missed that one" so we finally arrived at our gate and it has been delayed two hours they do not know when we will leave. And the lady at customer service laughed at our frustration and said we just had to sit and if they started boarding and we were not there and we missed the flight that was our problem. Do not fly US airways.
