  • For about a year, the JCP has been located at the 'former Kaufmann's" end of the Mall in Monroeville. I love the new store format! Clothing is much easier to shop for and the ambiance is open and modern. Could the racks be shorter... or something...? It seems that I can look at other racks and be aware of a greater amount of merchandise for coordination and browsing. It does seem as though the housewares section is greatly reduced in size - but that was never a JCP draw... more Target or Kohl's for me. Luggage section: big and well stocked. Jewelry: big and cheap, no change there - if you liked it before, cannot see that you'd be let down or greatly impressed. Love Sephora, too! JCP has made significant changes and I really like them!
