The place was okay. We were staying at the resort next door for a conference and were in the mood for a quick lunch on two different days. I had a wrap one day and a salad the next. The food was decent, I especially liked the bread. I LOVE fresh bread. They have a local bakery deliver bread daily. The food was slightly above average. I am not sure they actually make any thing in house. Everything seemed like food service deli meat. We even talked to the owner and his daughter on the second day we visited. I do have one qualm about the place. The second day we visited the OWNER tip hunted me, with the owner doing it, my guess is that it is a sign that they arn't doing as much business as they expected and are hurting for ever dollar possible. If you read my previous reviews you will know how much I hate tip hunting. There are 100 different ways it is done in the food industry but the absolute worst is the confrontation method which the owner employed. After ringing up the order he turned the screen on the register around and had me press confirmation button to either tip 15, 18, or 20%. I am sure they were a no tip button, but WHY IN THE WORLD would an owner do this. YOU DON'T TIP THE PROPRIETOR. It left a bad taste in my mouth, we stay at this hotel the same week every year for the conference, my guess is next year they will be out of business... I'll keep you updated.
