After losing faith in numerous chiropractors and the practice of chiropractics in general I decided to try a physical therapist to take care of some back, neck and arm issues as a result of a lot of hard tennis and backpacking. Rick and his assistant Molly were very educational telling me why exactly I hurt where I do and how to fix the problem. There goal was to get me to heal myself with simple exercises and stretches. No gimmicks, special devices to buy, supplements or coming to them for "monthly maintenance" so many chiropractors try to sell you on. It took a few months of therapy going once a week and my pains were gone. I will never see a chiropractor again. When the pains come back it's usually because I slack off on my exercises and stretches. I go back to what they taught me and fix myself. I haven't seen them in a year and my tennis game has improved because I can play more without muscling through the pain. If you have any kind of joint or muscle pain I highly recommend a physical therapist over a chiropractor.
