rev:text	I scheduled the appointment at the same time I was having other work done on my home, so I wouldn't have to take more time away from work. Cisco came at a point where the other workers needed me, so I just had a few minutes to give him a basic idea of the problem, have him diagnose it, tell me what the fix was (exactly what I expected), and the cost. Then I had to leave him alone. When he was finished, he came to get me, explained what he did, demonstrated that the door is working properly, and told me that in addition, he checked all other aspects of both doors to be sure they are good and he lubed them for me. I asked him about additional door openers and he gave me prices, as well as pulled out a couple and showed them to me so I knew what I would be getting. In all aspects, I feel that Cisco went above and beyond what was expected, and I was very impressed with his professionalism the entire time. I will always call Martin Garage for my needs in the future.
