The girls on staff are friendly and very welcoming. I purchased a groupon for Juvederm and saw amazing reviews on here (around 5 months ago). I unfortunately can not remember the name of the RN who did my injections, but I do remember her telling me she was brand new to Allure. I am normally fine with that, and trusted her to do my injections. I have had multiple lip injections and never experienced pain, as the Juvederm has a numbing agent inside of it. After the first couple pricks with the needle you should no longer feel pain. Whatever this woman was doing/using was not good. I was in a lot of pain and the injections did not last over 2 months. It made me question if the product was watered down, or if something else was used....since my lips were not numb/they did not last. The injector did suggest 2 units of botox above my lip to give me a pout, and I did love that! I also thought it to be very strange that the front desk asked for a tip. I've never been to a med spa that asks for a tip for injectors! I tipped of course, but it was very uncomfortable. I would understand if it were an esthetician, but injectors are paid hourly.

Also needed to mention that the injector did not fill the vial of botox in front of me...and that is something that should be done....shows that they are using the right product/not water
