  • Dawn and her cast of caretakers are great. I liked them as soon as we started the initial interview. The in depth questions they asked made it clear to me that they were concerned about doing a perfect job,...and they did. I think we have used them 4 or 5 times so far. The great amount of care they take is consistent. I'm not a big fan of letting people into my house and as a result didnt go on vacation much. I was trepidatious when we were forced to make a quick trip back east and had to find someone to take care of our pets, but they put me at ease right away. Now we feel free to take day trips or long weekends or whatever and not worry about the kidz. I really love it that they txt pictures to us during every visit. It makes it so we don't miss them quite as much. That makes it easier to enjoy vacations. Ahhh, Freedom, it's a good feeling.
