  • Employees aren't very helpful, I never walk out of this location with a smile on my face. They should hire actual people who know what the hell they're talking about when it comes to a damn guitar. For somebody that's new or a beginner I guess this store would be ok to buy a guitar at or to ask questions on what to get for starting out, but myself and MANY others could talk circles around the employees who run this place. It's funny when they try and sell somebody who knows how to actually play something that doesn't work, then you call them out on their BS and suddenly you're the bad guy. Bad store, bad customer service, will just order online.
