  • RUDE STAFF & LONG WAITS I time stamped my last appointment. 30 min wait in lobby, brought back just to wait another 30 mins, and wait some more. I was there for over two hours and saw staff less than an hour of that time, the doctor for 6 mins. Needless to say, when I originally asked if I could leave and come back, the receptionist pointed to the disclaimers on the wall and reminded me that I would have to pay if I'm late! Just left there (I HAD a follow-up appt), I had already been waiting for 40 mins. I asked to reschedule. The gal who was to reschedule me just kept justifying the wait. She even said that the practice "typically runs late unfortunately". Her reason was they spend time with patients. That's fine with me, but if you know you guys usually run over, then how about allow more time between appts???? Oh wait, because they want to book as many patients for money and could care less how long they have to wait. Over two hour in a doctor's office, in which the majority is wait time, is UNACCEPTABLE. Also unacceptable is making excuses to patients. I would never recommend this place.
