  • This place seems bogged down in political correctness, it also appears overstaffed. I'm sure it is useful for certain sectors of society, but several times I've had appointments with counselors who have been more than 30 minutes late. On a couple of occasions they were late because they were at staff meetings, and just didn't think it was important enough to let you know before you arrived. AND the counseling appointment was duly cut short. Several times a specialist never even showed up for the appointment! They also emailed me by accident, some else's private information, including personal health problems, their health card and address, everything. A major privacy breach. Several counselors are more immersed in using the correct "language" than allowing real discourse. The prevailing attitude is one of; "we are offering our service to maligned sectors of society, so you should be grateful of ANY assistance we offer, no matter how poor it is", so don't complain, this is god's work. Also the Chiropody clinic is now closed at this location, this was an excellent clinic while it was in operation.
