  • The Advisor Department is horrible. They don't take appointment, but the waiting line is long line. So, I need to talk to one of them about my transferring stuff. I requested specific name. They said It's going to be 45' wait, I'm okay with that. After 45' I didn't see anyone calls my name. I thought they are busy. I kept waiting about 10' min. After 10' I asked the guy who put my name down. And he said he doesn't know how long I still have to wait. I was trying not to be mad. He went back to the office to check and came back with the answer, She's not here today. I'm like... are you serious, why you didn't let me know. He was the one who told me to wait 45'. My time is limited, I wasted an hour there without doing anything. I'm very upset about this. And this is not happened to me once, it's several times. PLEASE RESPECT EACH OTHER AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE STUFF TO DO, not sitting there and waiting for an hour and doing nothing.
