  • I've never had an issue with Zupas until recently. Tonight I went to have dinner there. Asked where the strawberries were. I was told they had to dip some more into the chocolate and that they would be brought out to me. It had been more than 15 minutes and they still weren't brought out. I went up to the register to ask about the strawberries and the lady told me that they had to run to the store to get more, which is a lie.
