  • I found Piedmont Plastic Surgery & Dermatology through my insurance provider at the time and I will not go anywhere else. Everyone on staff is kind and friendly. No doctor's office is perfect and will always be on time, but you will not find yourself frustrated in the waiting room at this office. I am always seen within 15 minutes of my appointment. I see Dr. Patrick McElgunn is the kindest doctor I have seen and really takes the time to get to know your issues and listen. He not only seems to recall health issues from my chart, but personal stories. I couldn't be more grateful for the personal and generous care I have received from him. I started suffering from acne in my early twenties and struggled to find anything to get it under control. Most dermatologists have their preferred method to treat acne and tend to throw that at you without listening and addressing your unique issues. Dr. McElgunn makes sure to address your specific issues and find a solution that will work for you.
