  • My husband walked in this store about a half hour ago fully intending to buy a guitar. I walked in after him, said hello to the girl and guy working at the register, they didn't even look at me or respond. I went into the guitar room and no one had even asked my hubby if he needed help. We waited, no help and workers were wandering around. We said screw it, as we walked out I said thanks, the girl looked up, no eye contact, blank look, zombie girl. We were ready to spend a hefty sum, sorry, our money is going to Sweetwater. Management, you need to check out your employees. They are costing you business.
