  • Don't go here unless you'd like to be cheated over your money. The facials are below average, overpriced and rushed. I purchased a 3 facial package since they advertised Aveda brands. At the end of the first facial I could not see any difference in my skin. I decided to give it another chance by trying another facial, only to be advised on the day of my facial that my voucher has expired and that it will not be honored. Even after explaining to the staff that I discussed the expiration date with their staff prior to booking the appointment, my concerns fell on deaf ears. To add insult to the injury, I was told that my original appointment could be honored by offering me a 10% discount on their service instead. It makes me wonder how many other people they must have scammed by seizing such opportunities. Why book an appointment if you cannot honor it? They had me on their system and could have give me a courtesy call to say that the last facial expires. Horrible customer service and I'm not even sure if Aveda wants to associate their name with such scammers. Spare yourself the nightmare and find a place that cares about their customers.
