  • I have been here for 3 years. I have paid my overly priced rent on time every month online. For some reason they have charged me an additional $50.00 this month for not paying prior to the 1st of the month. This is not in my lease contract. I have always paid online on the first of the month regardless of the day of the week. After talking to a "temp" in the office who promised me a call back I was able to talk to a blonde named Cassandra after i finally went to the office "Cassandra" who lied to me saying that she tried to call me back. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She tried to say it was a "computer glich" but offered no solution. She said she was too busy with tours. I will definately not renew my lease here. I recommend you do not sign one with them. The maintenance team is great but management and sales is bad. Obviously dont care about closing the back door with current customers just worried about new customers. SAD!
