  • This might be the worst place I went to in Vegas. I wouldn't say it's a bad place, but compared to all the rest - atrocious. Most places on the strip and especially at the Aria hotel/resort have amazing customer service. Not the case here. The staff is fairly cold and barely interested in helping you. Their pastries were weak and overall i got the sense that I would have been better waiting on the long Starbucks line. Like I said before, the Roasted Bean is actually not bad, but the fact that there are so many good places surrounding it, makes them look terrible. I hope they can make a few changes to improve the level of service to stay competitive.
