  • I went to this school originally because of what I read on their website about their curriculum that they boost about giving them Steam Ahead Program and Brain Waves. They have posted on their website that they have up to a $500 enrollment. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS! The director Cindy Montoya confirmed with us when we went on tour and over the phone and when we went to the campus to enroll our daughter that she was going to give us a discount of $290 for the enrollment discount. Which we did enroll our daughter for a total of three weeks. Now I'm pulling her out because of everything that has happened. I gave them a proper two week notice like it states now they want to say that we owe them more money which was not agreed on and the discount doesn't count for anything if she wasn't going for a month, website states only enrollment, not 30 days, Which on their website it doesn't say this! Then the director twisted her words into saying that she never confirmed this and never talked about a discount! So I ended up pulling her out of class a week and half early because of the director asking us to pay more money which we do not owe. The Director even signed the document that daycare was paid in full but no lies that she didn't and not honoring a signed agreement. Also it was posted that they do ABCMOUSE.com which they don't do in daycare. I have an ABC Mouse membership at our home and they didn't even do that part of their curriculum in their "school". It is a daycare. All your child will do is play with toys, eat questionable food, sleep, and maybe read a story or sing a song. Nothing educational is taught at this daycare. My daughter was a part of Miss Nicole Preschool 4 class. She was hardly ever there when I went to go pick up my daughter and half of time during nap time she was gone. Plus the first day I registered my daughter at this place the air conditioner broke!! No one informed or called me to let me know which took two days to fix. I found out when I picked up my daughter. She was hot, dehydrated and crying for water. Teachers didn't give her any water at school?! Also the camera views are horrible! I posted pictures of how they look on the app Watch Me Grow. Which is supposed to give you access to the classroom your child is in and the lunch room.
