  • Loved this place! Have been wanting to try for a while and when my friend suggested we meet their fro drinks and dinner, I was psyched! First off, its in the basement.....already winning....walking down the stairs and hear old school Italian supper club music and Christmas lights adorn....more winning. This place is such a throwback in the best possible way. We sat at the bar, drank wine, and ate pizza....it was great. We got the calamari first- I wasn't a fan of the cornmeal crust so didn't really like it. Next up...the pizza...sausage, red peppers, mushrooms and thin crust. It was awesome. I haven't found pizza this good in Madison as of yet. My only complaint....the wine pour was a little on the light side. ;) Def will see this place again.
