  • I called to get my window fixed as it has a crack in it. Was happy with the scheduling but the gentleman who helped me made believe my window would be fixed at my appointment. Nope, two men came out and just measured my window and said they have to send it in to be made. They told me to call the office for an estimate. I called the office the next day around 10 am. I was transferred to whomever does the quotes, who wasn't very friendly and said he is going to start doing quotes now and will do mine first and call me back. 3 and a half hours later... I called to find out the estimate and the gentleman seemed confused on why I was calling, then the line disconnected. Called back and it sounded like I was calling a fax machine. Called again and the line was busy. Called a third time and they said "he was busy with a customer"! Am I not a customer?! I asked to speak to a manager and I was told he wasn't in. I said,"of course he wasn't". I'm going with a company who wants my business. Needed double pane windows all around. They lost my business!
