Consistently terrible. We took our son to the ER with a 105 fever and were told it was a virus that he'd just have to wait out. The next day (less than 12 hours later), our pediatrician diagnosed him with a double ear infection and treated it immediately with drops and antibiotics. On a second experience, our son had to have his tonsils removed. We planned the surgery nearly a month in advance. The day of surgery, we were informed as he came out of the OR that they did not have a qualified nurse on staff to provide care to children so we would have to wait in a triage room until they could find one from another hospital. They then proceeded to cross communications causing mass confusion. One doctor would clear our son to eat jello, the next would come along and reverse the decision (resulting in a very upset child). Over 8 hours later, they finally moved us out of the closet-sized room to an overnight space where the monitors constantly came off of our son and the resulting alarms woke us up every 20 minutes or so. The nurses, when they bothered to show, were rude and annoyed as though we somehow created this situation ourselves. No one tracked our son's progress so we did and had to repeat information for every new pets- for instance how much or little he ate or drank. And don't even get me started on their billing practices. Unless I was dying and had no alternative, I'd never go back.
