  • I buy a Starbucks almost everyday i order the same drink in the winter (latte) and (Frapuccino) in the summer . I have always substituted my frap roast for expresso . Today the lady let me know they won't honor a substitution again . Even tho this is how I order this drink everywhere other states even countries .. Guess I'll go to the next one .. Terrible customer service.. The woman's attitude was completely unacceptable and very snooty and at the end of the day they even messed up my drink completely and took forever to bring out a new and served three cars before bringing the mine
