  • Been with sprint for 7 years. It used to be a good provider but recently turned into bowl shit. I have insurance on my phone, but they won't cover almost anything. They forced me to pay them $200 for a broken screen. I paid for it and realized they are not even giving me the phone same day. I have to wait 8 hours for identification, and then they will send me the phone by mail. What the fuck?
