  • When coming to Cleveland and you don't want to hassle with the taxi service or with someone coming to get you just hop on the RTA Rapid Transit and it'll have you at your destination in about 45 min. Now as you're going thru the nice parts of town you'll feel like you're on this lovely scenic tour of Cleveland since the rapid rides above ground after leaving the airport, but when it gets to Tower City which it enters underground and then resurfaces above ground the whole humanistic scenery changes from normal people to straight ghetto people. But hey it's Cleveland so they won't harm you that's just the way people look in a rough city like this which is why I moved to Cali.
