  • Terrible, went in today with a bad sinus infection. I was given a prescription my insurance needed the dr approval to fill which made no sense to me but my hands were tied. For three hours walgreens and I tried to get another prescription called in. Nothing. I kept getting told they have the message to the Dr. Now have to go to urgent care to get something to help because we couldn't get an answer on such a simple thing that would have taken five minutes to correct. Way to go for giving a damn for your patients care.
