  • If you can afford to live anywhere else, do it! There is always something broken at this place. Whether it's the fire alarms constantly going off in the middle of the night, the elevators that never work, the maintenance department that consistently ignores your calls, or the mailroom that is utter chaos and makes you wait 3 days to pick up your deliveries, you will find that this is an absolutely awful place to live.
