  • I am not one to write bad reviews, I usually only leave good ones but I guess today will be the day. I come her almost on the daily and Unfortunately some of the barristas have no customer service skills. Today as I approached the counter the girl rolled her eyes and annoyingly said "what can I get for you?" . So I replied with Hi! And she then said in her disturbed voice, "hi, what can I get for you". She clearly did not want to help me so I let her know I would get my usual drink elsewhere. I've learned that it's not what you say rather than how you say it. Unfortunately this location keeps disappointing me as it has happened several times and at different times of the day. The upgrades are great but how great is the location if the staff still lacks customer service skills.
