  • My husband and I went to look at a used Odyssey this past weekend. We left with a new car and the most pleasant car buying experience! The salesman who greeted us in the parking lot was Brett Marrs and I am so thankful it was him. He was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, not pushy and easy to talk to. He cared what our questions were and took into mind our budget. BY FAR THE MOST NON-ANNOYING customer service we have had. We appreciated that, because who wants a pushy, scumbag salesman? Not us, and Brett was who we wanted that day and his personality and on point customer service is what led us to buy that day. Another man we enjoyed working and talking with was Sam, I am assuming Brett's manager. He was very nice and not pushy and worked with us to get us the best deal possible! Over all our experience buying our new car was great! I highly recommend going to see Brett and buying from him. He is the best man for the job and genuinely cares about the people he sells to. Thank you Brett and Honda Chandler!
