  • I think the food here is much better than Harvest Moon Grill. Same farm to table concept, just more understandable dishes. I ordered the chicken and dumplings which was a fresh take on a traditional dish. Instead of dumplings, they used gnocchi to give a similar texture. The sauce was an au jus sauce instead of a thick, creamy sauce. My fiancĂ© ordered the steak which was really good. Perfectly cooked and the sides of mashed potates/fennel (?) and argula salad complimented the dish nicely. My favorite dish was my french onion soup appetizer. Instead of cheese all over the top, they use a cheese soaked biscuit as the bread. Overall, the ambiance is nice - like the addition of the wrap around booth at the front window. Felt warmer and more insulated in the restaurant. Was freezing the last time I sat in that exact space when it was HMG. The only cons I can think of is that the portions are slightly on the smaller side, especially for the price of the dishes. I would definitely go back but this is more of a once a year kind of place for us - not necessarily a regular dinner spot.
