  • I've lived around the corner from this Walgreen's for 22 years. It used to have great staff. My daughter bought me a lipstick but I didn't like the color. She thought she'd bought it at this store. I asked if I could exchange it. Cashier with the personality of seaweed told me to enter my phone number. After I'd done so he said there was no record of the purchase. Duh. My daughter bought it. Called the manager. She too, had an amazing lack of personality. She told me she couldn't do anything because I didn't have a receipt. For an unopened Revlon lipstick. To just exchange the color. I went down the street to the Walgreens on ViaLinda on the young manager couldn't have been nicer. Won't bother with the FLW location again. It's too hard to get in and out of the parki
