  • i usually refrain from leaving negative comments because it can make or break a company, and i was taught to keep negative comments to myself however after being hung up on idgaf any more. i called about a week ago after hours to request maintenance to come and take a look at my bathroom wiring because it is not working but the person on the phone advices me to call before 6pm because it is not an emergency to them. ok i understand. i called the next day and spoke to someone over the phone advising them of my situation, great. im not one to rush the little things but its ridiculous waiting all this time for something so simple when all the maintenance guys ever do is ride around on the golf carts like this is a race course. i havent had any lighting in my bathroom now for over a week and ive been calling the past 10 minutes to the office no one has answered EXCEPT to just pick up and answer the phone. they dont even have the common decency to take my name and number down and call me at a later time because i do understand that the office gets busy. its super offensive and i dont need to go to the office for a simple 1 sentence question. When do u guys have the maintenance guy scheduled to come over here and look?! why is that so hard!!!!!!??????? i havent had anything negative to say before, i actually love where i live, my apartment is beautiful and i havent had any bugs like the other commentors but the maintenance issue really makes me think twice over having signed a 12 month lease, with never a late payment! NO RENEWAL this way! update to follow up on comment left by solis: no one went to my home until the 21. my husband is always home during the day and i am there in the evenings. i called again on the 21 to grant permission to enter and thanks to RICKY it got done. otherwise who knows how long it wouldve been.
