  • I liked the ramen here at Ramen Sora, but it didn't blow me away like the ramen at Monta did. The flavors were distinctive and the ingredients seemed fresh and properly prepared. The flavors didn't seem to have some of the delicacy that I got at Monta. I got the spicy miso ramen and it actually wasn't that spicy. But I could get it again and if I lived in Las Vegas I could see myself eating here regularly.
